At The Trail Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to send your package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 3-5 business days.
